"well this is special to me for a couple of reasons. first of all if you look at the history of pro wrestling and you look at anyone being one -half of the most prestigious tag teams of all time its very difficult to break away from that act and go on to a successful singles career. Very very few guys have ever been able to achieve that. To come out of Team 3D, the Dudley boys and reinvent myself from a persona point of view, from a physical point of view to becoming world heavyweight champion and take down people like Sting, Hulk Hogan and Brooke Hogan is quite an accomplishment."

TNA gives you a lot more freedom to be who you really want to be. Most of the guys are who they truly are. They are not just portraying characters. To have the freedom and ability to go out there and have the types of matches that people want to see. Knowing what the fans want and being in tune with styles the fans want to see. I think that's what makes TNA so much of a better in ring product."

"Product awareness. product awareness, product awareness, product awareness. The 3 words TNA Impact Wrestling need to be out there in the eyes of more people than there is now. People need to know more about our product. We need to find a more effective way to bring our brand of sports entertainment and pro wrestling to the masses. Once they see that , once they see that wrestling alternative, that superior product. I can guarantee you that they will be tuning into our product more than anything else."
